Total honesty solves all problems.
Anything less creates problems.

If God were an ocean, we would be its raindrops.
Our bodies are the snowflakes all caught up in our unique individuality. Within the snowflake our raindrop self
enjoys its oneness with the Source.

What feels good in our soul is the joy that says, “Yes! This is
good for us; do it.” That which brings sadness, boredom, or
pain is the guidepost that says, “No. Not for us.” Disobeying
this calling is a major cause of heart disease and cancer.

We are here to experience life, be happy, and create ourselves
however we want to be. Just be!
