About Contacting Bigfoot by Email

When Peter receives an email I print it out and set it on his desk. He only gets on the computer a couple of times a month, and he is a slow typist ... so it can take him a very long time to answer emails. If you have emailed Peter more than a week or two ago, I have probably put your email in front of him more than once. We appreciate your patience.

If you would like to ask for information or suggestions for treating a health issue, please read this first:

If your condition or illness is one that Bigfoot has personal experience with, you will most likely find answers in his Book of Ancient Natural Remedies (which you can purchase through our online Country Store for just $18, by clicking here). He put practically everything he knows into that book.

If it is a condition or illness he does not have personal experience with, then I can give you several suggestions ... and this is probably what Peter would tell you himself. One is that diet, lifestyle, and emotions can have a great effect on many conditions. I would suggest you read Peter's article "Staying Healthy" (it is free online by clicking here and is also included in his book). Second, you might consult an herbal medicine book such as Jethro Kloss's Back to Eden (a classic, and one of our favorites). An enormous amount of information on herbal remedies is available for free online and in public libraries. Third, if you would like to consult a professional for help, we would recommend seeing a naturopath or Chinese doctor ... or a practitioner of any of the many ways of healing that you might resonate with.

Bigfoot is very generous with his knowledge and time. His priority of responding to requests for information and suggestions about treating health problems seems to go in this order: (1) people who live at Reevis, (2) family and friends, (3) people who come to Reevis in person, (4) people who write a paper letter, (5) people who send an email. You will probably get a response much quicker if you write a paper letter to Peter rather than an email. Also, we greatly appreciate fair exchange ... if you are asking for assistance without offering anything in return, you would most probably receive a faster response if you made a donation to Reevis Mountain School, even a small one. You can do that online by clicking here.

Thank you.

Wishing you health and joy,

Patricia
